The long abandoned Taiban Presbyterian Church which was built in 1908 stands alone and ghost like in the town of Taiban, New Mexico. The town is famous for being the location where Pat Garrett captured Billy the Kid and his associates on December 23, 1880.

Photography to me is the method in which I reflect my current environment most effectively. It is ever changing so I am forever adapting and interpreting. I am as comfortable capturing the environment of nature and the outdoors of the great American West as I am the architecture and street life of a big city like San Francisco. Color or black and white photography are just the mediums my instincts dictate in any given moment. The ability to adapt and reflect equally in any environment through my camera lens is a gift, an instinct I cannot effectively explain.
