I am Juniper, I stand proud among my brethren, the sky and the clouds they are my ceiling, yet I see to the heavens beyond. I have witnessed time stand still yet it still moves to Mother Earth's heartbeat. The eagle has rested in my branches, the rabbit found comfort in my roots. Though I may be obscure to the world around me, this day I have been found.
Photography to me is the method in which I reflect my current environment most effectively. It is ever changing so I am forever adapting and interpreting. I am as comfortable capturing the environment of nature and the outdoors of the great American West as I am the architecture and street life of a big city like San Francisco. Color or black and white photography are just the mediums my instincts dictate in any given moment. The ability to adapt and reflect equally in any environment through my camera lens is a gift, an instinct I cannot effectively explain.
